TRANSFER OF MORVEST`S LISTING FROM ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE ("ALTx") TO THE MAIN
BOARD - "BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES" OF THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")
The directors of Morvest are pleased to advise shareholders that the JSE has
approved an application for the transfer of Morvest`s listing from the ALTx to
the JSE Main Board - "Business Support Services (2791)" with effect from the
commencement of business on Monday, 20 June 2011.
The authorised share capital of Morvest that will transfer to JSE Main Board is
R150 000 divided by 1 500 000 000 ordinary shares of R0.0001 each and the issued
share capital is R67 916 divided by 679 158 613 ordinary shares of R0.0001 each.
The nature of business of Morvest is, and will remain, that of providing
business support services including professional services, outsourcing and
technology solutions.
