CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board is pleased to announce that Mr Danie Vlok has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the board. The appointment enables the
company to establish an independent board (with the requisite minimum of 3
independent directors) to deal with any board processes required in response to
the non-binding expression of interest received by the board in connection with
a potential transaction which may result in an offer being made to shareholders
for their shares.
Danie is currently a director of Bell Equipment Limited and Element One Limited
(formerly Avusa Limited) and is a previous executive director and chief
executive officer of Real Africa Holdings Limited. He has extensive experience
in the fields of corporate finance and investment banking gained over a period
of approximately 25 years.
