"Company") has been notified that on 10 June 2011, Kay Elizabeth Chaldecott,
a Director of the Company, transferred a total of 27,500 ordinary shares of
50p each in the Company to her husband Edward John Chaldecott for nil
consideration. On the same day, Kay Elizabeth Chaldecott and Edward John
Chaldecott each sold 27,500 ordinary shares of 50p each at a price of 386.
