LAUNCH OF AMERICAN DEPOSITARY RECEIPT ("ADR") PROGRAMME
The management of Northam is pleased to advise that its Level 1 ADR facility was
launched today. The shares will trade on the over the counter (OTC) market in
the United States of America where one ADR represents 1 Northam ordinary
share.
