Share Purchase Plan
The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the Company received
unconditional approval from the South African Reserve Bank and JSE Limited as
stipulated in the Firestone Share Purchase Plan posted to shareholders on 11 May
2011.
The following time table will be applicable to all South African shareholders
who wish to participate:

Options on the JSE
Certificated shareholders who would like to participate in the SPP and option
grant must complete the application form, which was posted to shareholders
today, 14 June 2011, and return it to the Transfer Secretaries together with
their payment. Dematerialised shareholders who would like to participate in the
SPP and option grant must advise their duly appointed CSDP or broker by the cut-
off time stipulated by their CSDP or broker as to their acceptance. The cost of
one share/option is ZAR0,14 but the minimum subscription is 50 000 shares with
25 000 free attaching options for ZAR7 000,00. The application form must reach
the Transfer secretaries no later than 12h00, Friday 08 July 2011, in an
envelope marked "Firestone SPP" at:
