APPOINTMENT OF AN INTERIM FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Parawut Kobboon a non-executive
director has been appointed as the interim Group Financial Director of Miranda.
Mr Kobboon`s appointment is effective immediately and he shall hold the position
until a permanent replacement has been found.
