Shareholders are advised that a circular detailing a specific issue of shares
for cash, amendments to the share incentive scheme of the company, amendments to
the share capital of the company, the conversion of par value shares to no par
value shares and a change of name of the company has been posted to shareholders
of Imuniti. The general meeting convened in terms of this circular shall be
held at 10:00am on Friday, 24 June 2011, at the Durban Country Club, Durban.
