CHANGES TO BOARD SUB-COMMITTEES
In order to strengthen governance processes in the Company and in accordance
with the recommendations of the King Code and the new Companies Act, the
following changes to Board Sub-Committees have been made.
Members of the Audit and Risk Committee:
- Seth Radebe (Chairman);
- Roy Traviss; and
- James Motlatsi (temporary basis).
Members of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee:
- James Motlatsi (Chairman); and
- Roy Traviss.
Members of the Ethics and Social Committee:
- Roy Traviss (Chairman);
- Bongani Mbindwane; and
- Annelise Cilliers.
The changes detailed above are effective immediately.
