Reference is made to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 3 May 2011
and published in the press on 4 May 2011 wherein AF Pref linked unitholders were
advised that AFEH is in discussions with an interested party regarding a
potential transaction affecting a portion of its Risk Services business.
Accordingly, AF Pref linked unitholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in AF Pref securities until a further announcement is made.
