APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, the
board of Morvest is pleased to advise
1 that Mr Ahmed Mohammadali Haji has been appointed as independent
non-executive director of the company and member of the company`s audit
committee with effect from 15 June 2011. Ahmed is a qualified chartered
accountant, and he is currently employed by the University of Johannesburg
as the subject head of Financial Accounting. Ahmed also holds professional
and directorship positions in various other companies; and
2 that Mr Alexander Evan has been appointed as an executive director of the
company with effect from 15 June 2011. Alex has been a group executive
since 1 December 2005.
