UPDATE REGARDING NEPI`S LISTING ON THE BUCHAREST STOCK EXCHANGE
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement, released on SENS and
RNS on 19 May 2011 in respect NEPI`s proposed listing on the regulated market
of the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB").
The company which is currently listed on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange and the main market of the JSE Limited advises that it has secured
formal approval from National Securities Commission ("CNVM"), the regulating
authority of the capital markets in Romania, and from the Bucharest Stock
Exchange for the company`s shares to be admitted to trading on the BVB with
effect from Monday, 20 June 2011.
