RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Control Instruments held on
Wednesday, 15 June 2011, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
resolutions set out in the notice of annual general meeting sent to shareholders
on 31 March 2011.
The special resolution granting general authority to repurchase the Company`s
shares will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in
due course.
