FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on 4 May 2011 in
relation to the proposed acquisition of a portfolio of properties from various
entities within the Zenprop Property Holdings Limited group.
Individual acquisition agreements are currently being concluded. Further details
of the proposed acquisitions including the pro forma financial effects of the
acquisitions are still in the process of being finalised and will be published
in due course.
Linked unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until an
announcement detailing the financial effects is released.
