UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION BY GOLIATH GOLD OF GOLD ONE`S MEGAMINE ASSETS
Further to the joint announcements released by Gold One and Goliath Gold on 13
October 2010, 12 November 2010 and 25 February 2011 as well as an announcement
released by Gold One on 22 March 2011, using the terms defined in those
announcements unless otherwise stated, Shareholders are advised that the Parties
have agreed to extend the deadline in relation to the fulfillment of the
remaining conditions precedent to the Acquisition from 30 June 2011 to 30
September 2011.
Shareholders will be advised of the revised salient dates and times relating to
the Acquisition in due course, pending the fulfillment or waiver, as the case
may be, of the remaining conditions precedent to the Acquisition.
