Resignation of non-executive director

shareholders are advised that Ms. Mmakeaya Magoro Tryphosa Ramano, a non-
executive director of Adcorp, has resigned with immediate effect.
The CEO, Mr. Richard Pike thanked Ms. Ramano for her contribution to the Company
