Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010, was posted to
shareholders today (20 June 2011) and contained no modifications to the audited
results which were announced on SENS on 31 March 2011 and published in the press
on 1 April 2011.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting of MICROmega
shareholders, which will be held in the MICROmega boardroom, 66 Park Lane,
Sandton, 2196 at 10h00 on 15 July 2011.
