DIRECTOR - PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL ROLE (PDMR) - SHAREHOLDING
Redefine International, the AIM listed property investment and development
company, has received the following notification from two Directors.
"Following a capital re-organisation of an intermediate holding company which
completed on 16th June 2011, Mr M. Watters and Mr. A Rowell today reported an
increase in their respective interests in the ordinary share capital of the
Company as set out below:
