PDMR`s ACQUISITION OF SHARES
Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") has been notified that:
(i) Purchase of shares by Beverley Churchill:
On 17 June 2011, Seth Curtis, husband of Beverley Churchill, the Company`s
Director of Marketing and Communications, purchased a total of 10,000 shares of
25p each at a price of 181.2p per share. Beverley Churchill`s shareholding in
the Company is now 20,550 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.003%)
(ii) Purchase of shares by Gavin Mitchell:
On 17 June 2011, Gavin Mitchell, the Company`s Director of Project Management,
purchased a total of 1,705 shares of 25p each at a price of 181.5p per share.
Gavin Mitchell`s shareholding in the Company is now 29,632 ordinary shares of
25p each (0.004%).
