CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT- REPORT FOR THREE AND TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH
2011(q4 fy2011)
Further to the report for three and twelve months ended 31 March 2011(q4 fy2011)
released at 07h05 on SENS this morning, shareholders are advised that, in
respect of the transaction with Village Main Reef Limited ("Village"), Simmers
shareholders will receive 47.38933 Village shares for each 100 Simmers shares
held at the last date to register, and not 47.3893 Village shares.
This corresponds with the ratio stated in the finalisation announcement
("Fulfilment Of Conditions And Salient Dates For The Transactions") released on
SENS on 9 June 2011.
