VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE REMAINING 50% OF THE
GROVE
Unitholders are advised that Resilient has acquired the remaining 50% of The
Grove not already owned by it.
The Grove is a 40 709sqm mall situated in Equestria, Pretoria and was acquired
at a 8.25% capitalisation rate and for a cash consideration of R356.4 million.
Resilient took transfer of the property on 9 June 2011.
