Halls Investments (Proprietary) Limited of 10 cents per share which was
announced on SENS on 28 February 2011 and which circular was posted to
shareholders on 14 June 2011, the salient dates for the offer are as follows:
Opening of the offer (09:00) Tuesday, 14 June
Last day to trade in order to be eligible for the Friday, 22 July
offer
Shares trade "ex" the offer Monday, 25 July
Closing date of the offer (12:00) Friday, 29 July
Record date to be recorded in the register for the Friday, 29 July

Results of the offer to be published on SENS Monday, 01 August
