CHANGE TO THE BOARD
The Gijima board is happy to announce the appointment of Ms Debbie Zwane-
Chikura as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) and executive director to the
board with immediate effect.
Ms Zwane-Chikura`s appointment follows the board and management`s approval of
the Company`s new operating structure, the Client Centric Matrix model. The
new Client Centric Matrix model will be implemented under the leadership of
the Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jonas Bogoshi.
Ms Zwane-Chikura is a veteran in the ICT services and business consulting
fields with an illustrious career.
She has also held various senior positions in major multinational ICT
companies and big 5 consulting firms, not only in South Africa, but also in
various parts of the African continent.
Chairman of the board of directors, Mr Robert Gumede said: "Ms Zwane-Chikura
will, as COO, inter-alia be tasked with driving innovation and enhancing
service delivery towards the Company`s clients. The board welcomes Ms Zwane-
Chikura as a valued new member of the board".
