FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF PROPOSED MERGER
Linked unitholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements
released on SENS by RIN, the last of which was released on 10 May 2011,
regarding the proposed merger ("the proposed merger") between Redefine
International plc, the AIM-listed subsidiary of RIN and Wichford P.L.C.
Linked unitholders are advised that the parties are finalising legal
documentation with respect to the proposed merger and accordingly RIN linked
unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in their
securities, until a further announcement is released.
