UPDATE RE RULING OF APPEAL PANEL OF SRP
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 19 April 2011 in respect of the
findings of the Appeal Panel of the Securities Regulation Panel ("SRP"), as it
was then known, in respect of the offer price of the mandatory offer.
SACMH has been informed that JSW Energy Natural Resources South Africa (Pty)
Limited intends reviewing the ruling of the Appeal Panel of the SRP in the High
Court.
