CORRECTION TO MASSMART BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT
The announcement "Changes to Massmart`s Board" dated 20 June 2011, erroneously
omitted to note the resignation of Mr. Michael Rubin, an independent non-
executive director, from the board of directors of Massmart ("the Board") with
effect from 20 June 2011.
Michael joined the Board on 30 August 1990. His contribution to Massmart over
the past two decades has been invaluable.
On behalf of all stakeholders, we thank him for his service and diligence as a
director and wish him well in his future endeavours.
