TRADING UPDATE
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a
listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as there is a
reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are likely to
differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company is reasonably certain that its
audited results for the 12 months ending 30 June 2011, will reflect an increase
of more than 20% in earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share
("HEPS"), compared to the previous financial year.
The improvement in the Company`s results is mainly attributable due to new
products offered, customer base expansion and cost control.
At this stage, the Company is unable to quantify, with reasonable certainty, the
expected range of the improved EPS and HEPS for the 12 months ending 30 June
2011 and a further trading statement will be released by the Company once it is
able to quantify the expected range of EPS and HEPS.
The information in this trading update has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Company`s auditors.
