NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE SECOND QUARTER ENDING 31 MARCH

Notice is hereby given that a quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents per share ("the
dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded in the share
register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 15 July 2011.
Shareholders` attention is drawn to the following important dates:

Last day to trade "cum" the cash Friday, 8 July
dividend ("LDT"):
Date trading commences "ex" the cash Monday, 11 July
dividend:
Record date for payment of the cash Friday, 15 July
dividend:
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Monday,18 July
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
11 July 2011 and Friday, 15 July 2011 both dates inclusive. Any changes in the
above dates will be announced on SENS.
