WITHDRAWAL OF CLAW BACK OFFER FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the salient dates of the claw back offer have been
withdrawn due to the fact that the results for the year ended 28 February 2011
have yet to be published. New salient dates will be published on SENS after the
company has published its reviewed results, which is expected on or about 30
June 2011.
The circular setting out the detailed terms of the claw back offer and
enclosing, where applicable, a form of instruction, will be posted to
shareholders at a later date once new dates are finalised.
