RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on the
Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 24 March 2011 AND 10 May
2011.
The disposal of portion 554 (a portion of portion 543) of the farm Boschkop, No.
199 I.Q Honeydew ("the Honeydew property"), is still in the process and
shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement regarding the sale
of the Honeydew property is made.
