ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN RELATION TO THE SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Further to the announcement on 17 June 2011 where BRC DiamondCore Ltd. (the
"Company") (TSX - BCD; JSE - BCD) announced that it will be filing articles of
amendment to change the name of the Company to Delrand Resources Limited (to
trade on the JSE under the abbreviated name "Delrand") and to consolidate the
outstanding common shares of the Company. It is confirmed that the
consolidation will be on a two to one basis.
Fractional share certificates will not be issued. Where a fraction results by
reason of the consolidation, the number of post-consolidation common shares
will be rounded up to the next highest whole number.
