APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 (a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Avusa
advises that it has appointed Messrs Harish Mehta, Colin Cary and Brian
Hopkins as non-executive directors to the board with effect from 1 July 2011.
In addition, Avusa has appointed Mr Jacques Schindehutte and Ms Babalwa
Ngonyama as independent non-executive directors to the board with effect from
the same date.
