CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of B&W ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Stephen Pinkney has been appointed as an executive director with
effect from 24 June 2011.
Stephen has an N6 Electrical Engineering, Pr. Tech. Eng (ECSA) qualification
and more than 20 years experience in the power generation and transmission,
process plant, and materials handling industries both locally and abroad.
Stephen was previously the managing director of a privately owned electrical,
control and instrumentation engineering and design company. He is registered
with the Engineering Council of South Africa, is a member of the South African
Institute of Electrical Engineers and a member of the Society for Automation,
Instrumentation, Measurement and Control.
