CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
DAWN is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr VJ Mokoena as an Independent
Non-Executive member of the board, effective 22 June 2011, and of Mr M Akoojee
as a Non-Executive member of the board, effective 23 June 2011.
DAWN is pleased to announce that Mr VJ Mokoena has agreed to re-join the DAWN
board. Veli Mokoena is also currently a non-executive director of Eqstra
Holdings Limited and brings with him an extensive business network.
Mr M Akoojee`s experience gained from his back ground in financial services and
more recently as a member of the executive committee at Imperial Holdings
Limited will bring valuable additional skills to the DAWN Board.
DAWN looks forward to their contribution on the Group`s board.
