CHANGES TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
DAWN wishes to announce the appointment of Mr JA Beukes as Company Secretary,
effective 22 June 2011.
Mr JA Beukes assumes the responsibilities of Company Secretary in conjunction
with his current role as Group Risk and Governance officer.
DAWN looks forward to his contribution as Company Secretary.
Mr JAI Ferreira resigns as Company Secretary with effect 22 June 2011.
