PRESS RELEASE REGARDING THE CHANGE OF DATE OF THE ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
This notice is to advise shareholders that the Annual General Meeting scheduled
for the 23rd of June 2011 that was cancelled in terms of our notice on SENS on
the 22nd June 2011, will be rescheduled.
It came to the attention of the board of Cargo Carriers that the format of the
Notice to Shareholders and Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting that
was issued with our Integrated Report, did not comply in all respects with the
requirements of the new Companies Act 2008 which came into effect on the
1st May 2011.
The Company will shortly issue a notice that is fully compliant with the
requirements of the new Companies Act 2008, and will mail this notice for the
Annual General Meeting along with the proposed resolutions and proxy forms to
all shareholders.
The new meeting is expected to take place on the 28th of July 2011.
We regret any inconvenience that may have been caused to shareholders or other
interested parties.
