POSTING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT AND NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Integrated Annual Report of the company was posted to shareholders who have
elected to receive these on Monday, 20 June 2011. Due to an error on page 2,
where the revenue of the company was stated as R9,7 million instead of R9,7
billion, an amended Integrated Annual Report will be posted to the same
shareholders on Friday 24 June 2011.
There were no modifications to the audited preliminary results for the year
ended 28 February 2011 which were released on SENS on 20 April 2011, and in the
press on 21 April 2011. PKF (Jhb) Inc. audited the results and the Annual
Financial Statements of Altech and their reports are available for inspection at
the registered offices of the company.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be
held at 15:00 on Wednesday, 20 July 2011 at the registered office of the company
in the boardroom, 79 Central Street, Houghton, Johannesburg. The notice of the
meeting is contained in the abovementioned Annual Report.
