shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. Theo Hendrickse, company secretary of
Pioneer Foods, has sadly passed away on Sunday, 26 June 2011 and that Mr. Petrus
Jacobus Stofberg has been appointed as the acting company secretary with
immediate effect.
