APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with rules 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Cedric
Greenwood ("Cedric"), has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of m Cubed and member of the Company`s audit and risk committee with
immediate effect.
Cedric is a law graduate from the University of Rhodesia (1977 to 1979) and
completed his MBA at WITS Graduate School of Business (1982 to 1984). His
commercial work experience has been primarily focused in the banking and
financial services industry. He has extensive experience in the areas of Asset
Based Finance, Structured Debt Finance and Private Equity Transactions. Cedric
has established Joint Finance Companies (JFC`s) for and on behalf of several
listed companies. He has been involved in the establishment and operation of
property bridge finance companies for several years and has an intimate
knowledge of this market. He is currently involved with several alternative
energy initiatives.
The board welcomes the appointment of Cedric as director of m Cubed and looks
forward to his valued contributions.
