CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that, in addition to his current position as Financial Director of
SecureData, Mr Johan du Toit has been appointed to fulfil the role of interim
Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
A further announcement regarding the appointment of a permanent Chief Executive
Officer will be made in due course.
