Shareholders are advised that the Wits Gold annual report, which contains the
annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2011, will be posted
to shareholders today, 28 June 2011 and will be available on the Company`s
website from 28 June 2011. The report contains no modifications to the reviewed
condensed results which were published on 30 May 2011.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 8th annual general meeting of the shareholders
of the Company will be held at the Wanderers Club,
21 North Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday, 29 July 2011 at
14.00, to transact the business as stated in the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting included as part of the annual report released today.
