APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Super Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Enos Banda to the Board
as an Independent non-executive director with effect from 01 July 2011.
Dr Banda is a South African entrepreneur and investment
banker who is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Freetel Capital(Pty)
Limited. He has served as chairman of the South African National Electricity
Regulator and chairman of the Municipal Infrastructure Investment Unit of the
South African Government. He was previously Chairman of Gold Reef Resorts Group
Limited. Dr Banda sits on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted
entities, as well as the board of MMC Norilsk Nickel.
He is admitted to the New York law bar, and he is an Advocate of the Supreme
Court of South Africa.
The Board congratulates him on his appointment and wishes him every success.
