CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, BioScience wishes to make the following announcements:
Mr Mike Allan, currently the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of BioScience, has
been appointed temporarily as the Financial Director ("FD")of the Company. Mr
Allan`s positions as joint CEO and FD will be effective immediately and will
remain in force for a period of six months.
As a result of the above, Mr Stephen Schutz the provisional financial director
of BioScience will no longer serve in this position. He has now been appointed
to the board of BioScience as a non executive director who is not independent,
effective immediately.
