RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Famous Brands
held on Wednesday, 29 June 2011 (in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting contained in the Famous Brands annual report
issued on Friday, 27 May 2011), all of the resolutions were passed by
the requisite majority of Famous Brands shareholders except for ordinary
resolution 7: general authority to issue shares for cash, which was withdrawn
at the meeting.
