modifications to the audited results published on SENS on

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of IFCA
will be held at the boardroom, JSE Limited, Gwen Lane, Sandton, Johannesburg, at
10:00 on Thursday, 21 July 2011 to transact the business stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual report.
