POSTING OF THE 2010 ANNUAL REPORT AND DETAILS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s Annual Report has been posted to
shareholders today, 30 June 2011. The Company`s Annual Report for the year end
is also available on the Pallinghurst website, www.pallinghurst.com. An
abridged report has not been published as the information contained within the
Company`s annual results, which were published on 28 March 2011, and reviewed
by the auditors, is unchanged. Saffery Champness have audited the Annual
Report and their unqualified audit report is available for inspection at the
registered office of the Company.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Company`s Annual General Meeting will be held
at Legis House, 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on Friday 5 August 2011
at 3pm.
