MANAGEMENT DEMONSTRATES CONFIDENCE BY INCREASING THEIR INTEREST IN SACOIL
Members of SacOil`s executive management team; Chief Executive Officer: Robin
Vela, Vice President Commercial: Bradley Cerff and Executive Director: Colin
Bird have recently sought and been given clearance to enter into the market and
buy ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"). Pursuant to rule 7 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), any
Ordinary Shares purchased by Robin Vela and Colin Bird are subject to lock-in
agreements which prohibit such Ordinary Shares from being disposed of for twelve
months from 8 April 2011 being the date of admission of Ordinary Shares to
trading on AIM.
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements
and rule 17 and schedule 5 of the AIM Rules, the following information relating
to dealing in Ordinary Shares by directors and executive management was
