CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that Ms Nompumelelo Radebe, Non-Executive
Director of the company has resigned from the board of the Company effective
28 June 2011. Nompumelelo has been appointed as a permanent Judge of the High
Court of the Republic of South Africa and is no longer eligible to hold the
office of director of any company.
The board of Gooderson would like to thank her for the contribution she has
made to the Company and wish her success in the future.
