CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Afrox shareholders are hereby advised of the resignation of Mr Tjaart Kruger as
the Managing Director of the Company, effective on a date to be determined in
the third quarter of this year.
Mr Kruger made a valuable contribution to Afrox since taking the reigns of the
Company in 2007, playing a key role in its reorganisation and modernisation to
reflect the realities of doing business in today`s challenging economic
environment. The Directors, management and staff of Afrox wish him well in his
new endeavours.
A recruitment process to seek a suitable replacement for the position of
Managing Director has been commissioned immediately and further announcements
will follow in due course.
