GEN - General - Listings Requirements pertinent to South African Depository
Receipts ("SADRs")
Given the increased interest in listing via the SADR mechanism, the JSE has
taken the decision to implement dedicated Listings Requirements for purposes
of listing SADRs. The JSE hereby wishes to advise that the finalised
Listings Requirements in light of SADRs will be available on the following
URL: http://www.jse.co.za/How-To-List-A-Company/Main-Board/Listing-
requirements/JSE-listing-requirements.aspx, as from today. The effective
date of the aforesaid Listings Requirements will be 1 August 2011.
