Posting of Acucap`s annual report and details of the annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
information regarding the annual report and the annual general meeting is
set out below.
1. Annual report
Further to Acucap`s audited group results for the year ended 31 March
2011, released on SENS on 9 June 2011, the annual report was posted
today. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited group results.
2. Annual general meeting
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to shareholders
under separate cover on or about 29 July 2011 and details of the annual
general meeting will be announced on that date.
